Benefits:

Stat Temporary Services offers a complete and comprehensive benefits program, including both medical and dental insurance.  In order to qualify for the benefits program, a Stat employee must work a minimum of 30 hours per week.  There is a waiting period for each new employee before the benefits program takes effect.
 
A comprehensive 401K plan is also available for qualified employees.

Minimum Requirements for Application:

REGISTERED NURSE/LPN

  1. Current license from the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Registered Nurse.

  2. Evidence of annual CPR certification.

  3. Satisfactory health certificate on file meeting STAT requirements.

  4. A minimum of one year of current experience as a Registered Nurse/LPN.

  5. Three satisfactory references on file.

  6. Completion of the Caregiver Background Disclosure Form.

  7. Identification for proof of  U.S. Residency and/or Proof of  US Employment Eligibility.

  8. Completion of a personal interview.

  9. Completion of the RN and LPN Nursing Questionnaire and RN and LPN Experience Form.

  10. A score of 80% or higher on the Nursing Screening Examination.

  11. RN only needs evidence of training and/or experience in specialty areas as indicated.

CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT

  1. Verification of registration with the Wisconsin Registry as:

    a.  Basic provider Eligibility(all hospitals, all facilities for the Developmentally disabled), or

    b.  Basic Provider Eligibility and federally certified nursing homes, or

    c.  Basic Provider Eligibility and federally certified home health agencies and hospices, or

    d.  Basic Provider Eligibility and all federally certified nursing homes and all federally certified hospices and home health agencies.

  2. A minimum of one year current hospital or nursing home experience  as a nursing assistant (must be within the past 12 months).

  3. Satisfactory health certificate on file meeting STAT requirements.

  4. Two satisfactory references on file.

  5. Completion of the Caregiver Background Disclosure Form.

  6. Completion of a personal interview.

  7. A score of 85% or higher on the Nursing Assistant Screening Examination.

  8. Satisfactory completion of the Skills Performance Demonstration.

  9. Identification for proof of U.S. Residency and/or Proof of US employment eligbility.

  10. Evidence of annual CPR Certification, not required for some facilities.
